| All rooms at the hotel have one king-size bed. However
we can add a roll-away bed in certain rooms. These rooms
have a adjoining door to the room next door. This two-room
configuration sleeps a maximum 5 persons (2 king beds + 1
roll-away).
 FREE wireless internet!
We now offer to our registered hotel guests free access to our high speed
internet connection. So if you bring your laptop, you can stay
connected and send your friends and family your vacation shots.
We have loaner laptops available for use at our on-site restaurant.

Room Rates
In order to provide the most up-to-date discounts for hotel lodging, we are updating the rates available on our website Reservations Page. We are
offering price breaks for longer stays. Simply visit our website Reservations Page and click
the ¡ˇăCheck Availability ˇ§C Reserve a Room¡ˇŔ link. Then enter your arrival date and length of stay.
The system will display our special pricing for the dates you selected. If you prefer, please
complete the Contact Us form, sending your arrival date and length of stay. We¡¯ll be
happy to provide an email quote for you.
Lodging Notes
1. Rates quoted are for 1 or 2 persons. Some rooms can accommodate a 3rd person via a roll-away
bed for additional fee.
2. For single
travelers (1 person room rentals), we may be able to offer
discounted rates. These depend upon the season and are subject
to availability. Please complete the

All rates include made-to-order breakfast
and Wi-Fi internet for registered hotel guests.
4. Taxes and fees not included in rates quoted. All rates are in US Dollars per night.
5. Children under 4
years old may share room without charge.
Breakfast Included
Our breakfasts are made-to-order. You may choose from French Toast, Banana Pancakes, Eggs Benedict, build your own omelet,
eggs any style, and many more scrumptious American and Costa Rican options (gallo pinto, plantains, etc).
Breakfast includes a selection of fruit, coffee, juice, and main course selection.
Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required in order to make a reservation. Deposit minimum is one night stay per room booked.
No refunds available 30 days or less prior to check-in date.
A 25% processing fee of total lodging fees will be retained
should you need to cancel the reservation before the 30 day
cut-off date. Cancellations will only be accepted via email. Balance due upon scheduled arrival date.
No credit will be issued for early departures, late
arrivals, or no-shows. Please see the reservation form for
