Casa de Amigos is a spacious, uniquely designed property that was recently renovated to maximize the vacation experience for larger groups. The house boasts several living spaces for multiple activities yet maintains an open, interactive floor plan for the ease of group entertainment. Its two separate living rooms, centered in the house, provide a television with DVD player, plus a central stereo with CD player & iPod Dock.
The floor plan includes four bedroom suites – all conveniently positioned off the two main living areas. Each bedroom has its own internal bathroom, providing exceptional privacy from the rest of the group. All bathrooms have tiled showers and separate vanities. Three bedrooms have king-size beds with premium luxury mattresses. One bedroom has a queen size bed plus a set of twin bunks (affectionately called “the kids room”). All bedrooms have separate AC units and ceiling fans. Three of the four rooms have TV with cable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and oven. There is seating for six at the breakfast bar, plus an additional seating for six at the dinette area. Its gorgeous dark wood cabinetry and granite countertops are two luxurious accents of this upscale property.
Outdoor living isn’t compromised here. Entertain poolside or relax and people watch from the second floor observation deck.
Surrounded by stunning teak and tile, this is the perfect locale to regale your group with tales of the day. Complete with an enormous dining table, there is seating to accommodate twelve guests. Complete with a kitchenette to include refrigerator, small stove & oven, this unique space provides the opportunity to enjoy evening cocktails and dinner on your own private veranda. Since it’s directly in front of the beach access, there’s great opportunity to view a sunset and call out to your new amigos as they make their way for one final view of the beach for the day.
